We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director/Director of Engineering to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our River Engineering and Flood Defence team, you will play a vital role in shaping our exciting projects and contributing to the success of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct teams in the delivery of technical design work, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to relevant design codes and standards.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes, working closely with teams in the UK and overseas.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards in design, ensuring excellence in all aspects of river engineering and flood defence.
  • Grow and develop engineering capability within the practice, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Deliver integrated design solutions that meet the needs of our clients, using traditional engineering and environmentally focused approaches.
