Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our global HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in HR and make a meaningful contribution to our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job requisitions, offer approvals, and job changes within our HR system (SuccessFactors).
  • Manage reference requests, prepare/issue employment references.
  • Update SuccessFactors with employee details, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Prepare documentation for employee lifecycle, including probation, salary letters, and leavers.
  • Build relationships with the global HR Community, supporting process and system education.
  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of HR experience.
  • Solid Word and Excel skills.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 based on location and industry standards.
