HR Operations Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our global HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in HR and make a meaningful contribution to our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare job requisitions, offer approvals, and job changes within our HR system (SuccessFactors).
- Manage reference requests, prepare/issue employment references.
- Update SuccessFactors with employee details, ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare documentation for employee lifecycle, including probation, salary letters, and leavers.
- Build relationships with the global HR Community, supporting process and system education.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of HR experience.
- Solid Word and Excel skills.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 based on location and industry standards.
