Awarded for being one of the UK's best companies to work for, we're looking for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Oakley Grange in Warwick.

The role involves managing the hospitality team and ensuring high standards in catering services, presentation, and menu content.

The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel or catering management and strong leadership skills to motivate the team.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of £16.54, plus company benefits.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Manage departmental budgets, selecting suppliers that meet our quality standards.
  2. Lead and develop the hospitality team, working closely with the General Manager.
  3. Collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver a quality catering service.
  4. Provide support during meal times to ensure exceptional customer service.
  5. Represent the home at evening and weekend events, maintaining high standards.
  6. Train staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
