We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Clearwell Castle, a stunning wedding venue in the heart of the countryside. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our weddings are nothing short of perfection.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and polite individual who is able to work well under pressure and provide excellent customer service to our guests. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas are clean and tidy, as well as setting up wedding décor and assisting with other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome to our castle
  • Clean and maintain all bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to the highest standard
  • Set up wedding décor, including chair sashes and other decorations
  • Assist with other tasks as required, such as cleaning and maintaining the castle's grounds
Requirements
