Lead the Way in IT Solution Delivery

83zero is seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our solution delivery team. As the Head of IT Delivery, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring agile, scalable, and cost-effective delivery that supports our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a talented team responsible for designing and delivering IT solutions
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality, risk, and performance
  • Align IT solutions with business goals and ensure smooth transitions from project delivery to support teams
  • Lead the IT solution delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the PMO to manage team demand and prioritise resources effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an IT solution delivery role, ideally in a fast-paced, agile organisation
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in resource management, including utilisation and capacity planning
  • Experience in Project or Programme Management
  • Knowledge of SaaS-based implementation
  • Familiarity with IT budgeting, risk management, and vendor management
  • Experience working within ITIL and/or ISO20000 environments
