  • Guide customers through the mortgage service, offering advice on various products and services to meet their needs.
  • Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.
Requirements
  • Hold a Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Exemplary customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
