Assistant Store Manager

YMCA England & Wales is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the store's success, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and promote the work of YMCA within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandising and stock rotation to maximise income for the shop
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
- Deputising for the Store Manager when needed and working effectively to achieve sales targets
- Working in an environment that presents challenge and meaning, with opportunities for professional development and growth
