Property Inspector Opportunity

Magnus James is a specialist recruiter for the property industry, and we are currently seeking a skilled Property Inspector to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a reputable estate agent in Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct midterm property inspections and check outs
  • Report on property condition to the Property Manager and Landlord
  • Obtain quotes for remedial works and repairs
  • Handle end of tenancy processes
  • Oversee deposit negotiations and returns
  • Deal with deposit disputes and submit evidence to DPS
  • Process documents for property compliance
  • Perform general lettings administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous lettings experience
  • Solid IT skills and technology savviness
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Ability to manage a diary and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
