Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential Caretaker to join our team based in Ely. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various tasks including cleaning communal areas of flats, hostels, and housing for older people schemes on a rota.
The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with occasional lone working to cover annual leave and sickness.
Responsibilities:- Cleaning and maintenance of communal areas.
- Removal of bulky waste.
- Maintenance of tools and equipment.
