Our Emergency Department is renowned for its exceptional performance in quality indicators and has received widespread recognition for its achievements. As a Deputy Charge Nurse/Sister, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing care for all emergency attendances across the department.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this challenging and exciting role, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of the department, supporting your team to deliver the highest standards of patient care. This will involve:
- Leading by example and demonstrating excellent clinical skills
