Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Operations Assistant to join our team at The Access Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our business.
About the Role
You will be responsible for assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and management of contracts to ensure legal soundness and compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will provide legal support to our Employee Success team on employment-related issues and initiatives from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Contract Review and Management: Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and management of contracts to ensure legal soundness and compliance with company policies.
- Employee Success Support: Provide legal support to our Employee Success team on employment-related issues and initiatives from time to time.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring the company adheres to applicable regulations, including those relevant to the Access Group as a whole.
- Internal Legal Assessments: Provide legal assessments and guidance to our internal customer success teams on various matters as requested, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support various projects and initiatives, providing accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- A degree in law or a related field, or relevant legal qualifications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
