  • To assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • To implement effective interventions, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life for patients.
  • To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge and expertise to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc in Occupational Therapy or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with the HCPC.
  • A levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Good standard of general education, including GCSE maths and English grade C and above.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of OT processes and treatment planning.
  • An understanding of Clinical Governance and evidence-based practice.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including email, Word, and PowerPoint.
