About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to lead our platform trading and risk management functions at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate pricing of securities, maintaining system integrity, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Execution and Reconciliation: You will oversee the checking and matching of executed trades, process trade rebookings, and request static data updates to ensure seamless trading experiences for our clients.
  • Exposure Monitoring and Risk Management: You will monitor client and counterparty exposure levels, including short positions and client debtors, to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Customer Service and Programme Trades: You will work closely with other teams to deliver excellent customer service, investigate trading queries, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management: You should have experience in leading and managing teams, as well as being able to motivate and empower others to achieve their best.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: You should have a solid understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You should be an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
