Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our EG Group team as a Starbucks Shift Supervisor. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote sales, increase customer loyalty, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain high standards of store cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
