About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their sales career and work with a leading HVAC company.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our HVAC product offerings and services to customers in the London and South East region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to order placement
  • Providing technical advice and support to customers

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC sales, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of generating sales in excess of £1m at strong profit margins.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • A proven track record of generating sales in excess of £1m at strong profit margins
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products
What We Offer
