Duties and Responsibilities

  • A proven track record of taking matters to court is beneficial but not essential.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and be actively involved in marketing and business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • A qualified Solicitor with experience in running their own caseload.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • A proactive approach to business development and a commitment to ongoing professional development are also essential.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of £43K-£70K dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including company pension, flexible leave, and a healthcare plan. Hybrid working arrangements will be considered after a probationary period.
