Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As an RVN with Vetisco, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of cases, from routine check-ups to complex medical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Greet clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive experience.
- Assisting Veterinary Surgeons: Collaborate with our veterinary surgeons to provide high-quality patient care, including assisting with surgical procedures and providing post-operative care.
- Practice Operations: Contribute to the smooth operation of the practice, including maintaining accurate records, adhering to health and safety protocols, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, with a strong background in small animal practice.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A recognized veterinary nursing qualification, with a strong foundation in animal care and welfare.
