Production Equipment Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to prevent equipment downtime
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plant operations management, with a proven track record of driving improvement initiatives and achieving results.
Salary and Benefits:
This role comes with a salary of £46,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
