Store Leadership Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will utilize your experience to lead and motivate your team to achieve the retail plan and deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences. Our stores offer a diverse customer base across retail and optometry. With your leadership and passion, you will collaborate with the Store Manager/Hub Store Manager to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.
- Connect with the community and the wider business to develop and deliver focused store-specific strategies, optimizing patient care and profitability.
Requirements
• Experience leading within a retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working within a clinical or optical environment.
