Role Overview

Hiscox UK is seeking a highly skilled Digital Innovation Leader to drive the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform technology stack and Dynamics 365 CRM.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and own the strategy and plan for the set up and use of new Microsoft technologies in line with Hiscox's business and technical roadmaps.
  • Engage with Business Operations and Claims teams to implement customer and broker engagement solutions, simplifying user journeys and introducing automated solutions where possible.
  • Work closely with Engineering leads in the definition and development of more complex .Net applications.

Salary Estimate: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.

Location: York / Colchester - Hybrid.
