Our client is a large private healthcare organisation seeking an experienced RGN or RMN Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent position within a general nursing and dementia home. As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality clinical care, including wound care, catheter care, and medication management.
• Working 8-8 night shifts, with 3 or 4 shifts available per week.
• Ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
