Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing the land department, including land acquisition, maintenance, and disposal
  2. Developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve business objectives
  3. Providing guidance and support to junior team members
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in land management, with experience in a similar leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, health insurance, and opportunities for career development.
