Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an Hourly Companion to join our team in Marlborough, Wiltshire. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential support to an individual with a spinal cord injury, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting daily living activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal finance management
  • Encouraging social interaction and community engagement
  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with spinal cord injuries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a focus on delivering high-quality care

Estimated Salary: £18,500 - £21,000 per annum (dependent on experience), competitive benefits package, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
