We are seeking an experienced Property Manager/Block Manager to join our team at Vermelo RPO. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development Manager to convert leads into new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for managing a mixed-use portfolio, comprising both residential and commercial properties. This will involve implementing and maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring full compliance, and providing accurate financial estimates to support business development.

We require someone with:

  • Significant experience in the property sector, with a strong background in block management
  • A proven track record of leadership, with the ability to conduct effective one-to-ones and ensure SOP compliance
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a pragmatic and analytical approach and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Technical skills, including IT literacy and knowledge of standard CAFM systems

**Estimated Salary:** £55,500 per annum, based on industry standards and location
