The ideal candidate for this role will be a genuine, confident and skilled barista, ready to introduce our new customers to the Modern Coffee experience using best-in-class coffee equipment.

This role is a unique opportunity to be part of our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of WatchHouse.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous coffee experience within a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
  • Proven track record in hospitality, punctual, adaptable and a hard worker.
  • A great team player and someone who can work alongside a brilliant barista team.

This role also gives the successful candidate the opportunity to join WatchHouse at a time in which we are gearing towards exciting expansion.
