Lead Therapist Position in South London

We are seeking a skilled Lead Therapist to join our Brain Injury Service in South London. This centre is renowned for providing exceptional care to adults with complex neurological disabilities and is committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

The successful candidate will lead and develop the Therapy service, ensuring the highest standards of care and contributing to the development of the service. They will collaborate with the Director of Care to drive service development and make informed decisions.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have at least 2 years of experience in neurology, Neuro Rehab, MSK or Psychology, with 2 years as a Band 7 therapist. Experience in complex respiratory management, including tracheostomy weaning, and team leadership and service improvement project experience is also essential.
