Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Nursery Supervisor to join our team at Little Bears Nursery. As a key member of the management staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery rooms and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to develop and learn.

Responsibilities
As a Nursery Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the nursery room, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Supervising and guiding the room's staff, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
- Developing and implementing engaging activities and programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and organize events, workshops, and training sessions for parents and staff.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on children's progress, ensuring effective communication with parents and guardians.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in an Early Years setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
