About the Role

As a Senior Kitchen Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth delivery of food and drink services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with menu planning and preparation for events
  • Managing the culinary team on event days
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in kitchen management and operations
  • A strong understanding of food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
