Legal Marketing and Business Development Professional

Blue Legal is seeking a highly skilled Legal Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving strategic marketing and business development initiatives to raise the profile of our Employment and Restructuring practice groups at an international level.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the sector and practice group plans.
- Coordinate the delivery of profile-raising activities, including events, legal award submissions, sponsorships, and digital content.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to target key clients and industry leaders.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to deliver compelling messages for major sector and practice group pitches.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all standard capability statements and pitching content.
- Work closely with senior colleagues to share BD strategies and messaging between aligned practice groups.
- Responsible for sector and practice group intranet sites.
- Maintain and update practice group credentials to deliver compelling sales messages.
- Previous experience working in a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently and timely.
- IT literate, with experience of Excel, PowerPoint, Word 2010, and Outlook.
- Hold a Degree or CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing (desirable).
Please note that due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
