About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nursing Associate to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare needs of individuals across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath, and North East Somerset.

Job Description

As a Registered Nursing Associate, you will work collaboratively with our experienced nursing staff to provide exceptional care to patients. This includes working shifts across 24 hours, including nights, and contributing to the delivery of outstanding care through your professional approach and attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in line with NHS standards and values
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Support the development of junior staff members and contribute to a positive learning environment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid registration with the NMC as a Registered Nursing Associate
  • A degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably within the NHS
  • The ability to work a 24-hour rota system, including weekends and bank holidays
