Framatome, a leading nuclear energy company, is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join its team. As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for processing multi-currency invoices, monitoring the finance inbox, and ensuring accurate data input.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Process multi-currency invoices received from suppliers, ensuring accurate data input.
  • Monitor the finance inbox on a daily basis, dealing with supplier invoice and payment queries.
  • Process employee expenses through Concur SAP module.
  • Complete other ad-hoc finance tasks as required.
  • Reconcile AP export to the trial balance and review for errors/issues.
  • Monthly posting of depreciation within SAP.
  • Reconcile the fixed assets to the trial balance.
  • Involvement in the reconciliation of VAT accounts.
  • Posting and reversal of journals to correspond with reconciliations.
  • Analysis and review of costs incurred in month and comments on variances against budget.
  • Analysis of spend per cost centre and elements of cost control.
  • Creation of month-end reports and pivots using data directly from SAP.
  • Analysis and reports surrounding open purchase requests, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
