Pool and Activities Manager Job Description

Are you a charismatic leader with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? Do you have a knack for managing teams and delivering exceptional results? We're looking for a talented Pool and Activities Manager to join our fantastic leisure team at Parkdean Resorts.

About the Role

As a Pool and Activities Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests, while also leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety of customers, team members, and equipment
  • Maintaining team member effectiveness through excellent induction and training
  • Delivering the sports and leisure programme to the highest standard
  • Ensuring the good working order of all pool and plant equipment
  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring winter close and summer opening procedures
  • Ensuring all Lifeguards are fully trained to the required legal standard
