Job Description

We are seeking a Service Charge Accounting Specialist to join our Block and Portfolio Management Accounts team at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. As a seasoned Client Accounts Manager or similar role holder, you will have a proven track record in effectively managing a block management client portfolio and providing first-rate accounting service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the block manager in preparing the annual service charge budget and ten year maintenance plan for clients.
  • Review and authorize clients' supplier invoices on a daily basis.
  • Reconcile and check all clients'/Properties quarterly financial reports and balances.
  • Prepare monthly client reporting for your portfolio, including computer-generated reports or bespoke Excel reports.

As a Service Charge Accounting Specialist, you will play a key part in our client retention plans by working with our clients to build long-term relationships.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including [insert benefits].
