We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager Designate to join our retail field team covering our fashion stores across Essex.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and achieve targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing store operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
- Lead and develop a team of staff and volunteers by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Deputise for Store Managers as required and provide cover across different locations.
- Manage stock generation and visual merchandising to maintain a high-quality store environment.
- Recruit and train staff and volunteers to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Previous retail experience is essential, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Good commercial awareness and experience of leading and developing teams.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Committed to achieving the highest retail standards at all times.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving the right results in the right way.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with people.
