Marketing and Communications Role

Agility Resourcing is seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Specialist to join their team in Manchester. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company's marketing efforts while providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Experience with web content management systems such as DotNetNuke (DNN) is a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing website content, managing social media platforms, creating presentations, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels. They will also work with suppliers to design and produce printed materials, organise trade shows and corporate events, and provide personal assistance to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing: Overseeing website content, managing social media platforms, and creating presentations.
  • Branding: Ensuring consistent messaging, theme, and appearance across all channels.
  • Marketing Literature: Working with suppliers to design and produce printed materials supporting the commercial team.
  • Event Planning: Organising and delivering trade shows, corporate events, and company socials.
  • PA Duties: Providing personal assistance to the Managing Director, including managing travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, taking notes, preparing minutes, and filing.
  • Report Writing & Analysis: Developing detailed reports and conducting analysis for business development.
  • Project Management: Contributing to various company projects as needed.
