Job Summary:
Anderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join their team in Gloucester. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective maintenance and refurbishment of mobile and semi-permanent assets. Your primary goal will be to ensure all work adheres to regulatory standards while developing maintenance and refurb budgets for all assets.

About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic events company where you will be responsible for managing maintenance schedules, delegating tasks to team members or contractors, and conducting quarterly health and safety audits. You will also implement a fault/defect reporting system, react effectively to reported issues, and supervise team members and contractors to ensure safe work practices. Additionally, you will schedule contractors as required, sign off maintenance work completed prior to deployment at events, and support the build team with in-house projects when necessary.

We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks even during emergencies. A background in gas, electrical, and plumbing regulations is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
