Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multiply Trainer - Numeracy Specialist to join our team at Enable. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality numeracy training to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver structured and comprehensive numeracy training programs that cater to various learning styles and meet the needs of our clients.
- Plan and conduct group sessions, where clients can interact with each other, collaborate on problem-solving exercises, and learn through discussions.
- Offer personalized one-on-one sessions to address individual needs and challenges, tailoring the learning experience to each client's specific requirements.
- Evaluate the progress of clients regularly through assignments, quizzes, and tests, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Integrate digital skills training into your courses, covering topics like basic computer operations, internet usage, and relevant software applications.
- Teach clients about effective money management techniques, budgeting, saving, and making informed financial decisions.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide support when necessary.
- Regularly review and update your course content to align with the latest industry trends and best practices.
