Job Overview

Ballycommon is currently seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing various site operations, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results. Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Groundworker include excavating sites, laying foundations, installing drainage systems, and completing other tasks as required. To succeed in this role, you must be physically fit, able to lift heavy loads, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. You will also be expected to adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and follow established company procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a valid CSCS card and possess full PPE. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, work well under pressure, and show a commitment to delivering high-quality results. We also require candidates with a flexible approach to work, as you may be required to work varying shifts or hours as needed.
