Support Learning Disabled Adults
As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will be part of a growing team in Kingston, helping adults with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. You will support groups of adults to participate in various activities, learn new skills, and socialize.
Facilitate Meaningful Outcomes
You will require experience in planning and facilitating sessions with meaningful outcomes for learning disabled adults with a range of abilities. You will need competent computer skills to plan and record.
Community-Based Activities
As part of your role, you will access a timetable of community-based activities, including gym sessions, swimming, bowling, and ramble groups. You will use public transport and our own vehicles. You will be required to drive as part of your role.
