We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Solely HR. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

• Assist customers in the shop, selling parts and accessories
• Receive and check deliveries, reporting any damages or shortages to suppliers
• Book out and pick stock items for customer orders and workshop jobs
• Liaise with Service Reception and Workshop teams
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, free from hazards
• Liaise with the shop department and workshop for purchasing requirements

• A good practical, multi-skilled background with experience in customer sales/service/retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Superb attention to detail and a tidy, organized mentality
• A positive attitude and approach to life, with the ability to work as part of a friendly team
• Pro-active, highly motivated, and driven individual with the ability to use their own initiative
