Fife Youth Justice Service provides Restorative Justice and Behavioural change programmes for young people with offending behaviour.

We are seeking a Social Worker to work directly with young people as part of our Youth Justice team. The successful candidate will have experience working with young offenders and knowledge of psychosocial and psychological interventions, Restorative Justice, and group work programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering group work programmes
  • Working directly with young people
  • Assessing and addressing offending behaviour

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, and have a commitment to Sacro's value base. A valid driving licence is essential for this post.

The estimated salary for this role is £23,400 - £24,585 per annum (SCP 20 – 22).
