Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Resourcer. As a key member of our manufacturing recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recommending suitable candidates for our experienced consultants.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying candidates for suitability through phone conversations and utilizing our systems, job boards, and internal database to identify suitable candidates.
  • Writing job adverts and advertising job openings.
  • Working with temporary and permanent positions, requiring a flexible approach to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Communicating with candidates to explain their suitability for job roles and arranging interviews.
  • Providing job hunting advice and assisting candidates with their CVs.
  • Utilizing social media channels to promote our company and job opportunities.

This is an entry-level role, and we are looking for someone to develop their skills and contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will have strong written, email, and verbal skills, with a background in retail, hospitality, or a similar field preferred but not essential.

You will be part of a professional, high-achieving, and supportive culture, working from our Hedge End office, Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £23,000-£24,500 per annum, with commission and bonuses available. We offer opportunities for pay increases after two years of service, making this a great route into a small, local, and growing recruitment business.

Key requirements include:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:30am-17:00pm, and Friday 08:30am-14:30pm.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
