Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care by providing guidance and support to the care team.
- Review and update care plans to ensure they meet residents' needs and wishes.
- Promote high standards of care through exceptional care duties and effective supervision.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant environment across the Care Home.
- Communicate professionally with visitors, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment.
