Brand Integrity Auditor

Ecolab is seeking a Brand Integrity Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting audits and providing coaching to clients on maintaining brand standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of client facilities to assess compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide coaching and guidance to clients on implementing effective quality control measures
- Collaborate with account management teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement action plans to address any non-compliance issues identified during audits
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in auditing, quality assurance, or a related field
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, such as FDA guidelines and FSMA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
