The role of Vocational Tutor at Catch22 is an ideal opportunity to support learners in developing their knowledge and skills, and helping them access appropriate training and employment opportunities.

As a qualified tutor, you will teach Employability, Customer Service, and Warehousing and Storage to 16 to 19 year olds (up to 24 with an EHCP). You will be supported by our Curriculum and Learning Lead, who is responsible for leading the team to drive up quality, reaching and exceeding KPIs, and promoting an ethos of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include delivering Employability, Customer Service, and Warehousing and Storage, leading on the production of schemes of work for service delivery, and preparing and developing innovative lesson plans.

Additionally, you will design and deliver group activities, deliver training to individual young people and groups, and provide one-to-one support to learners where necessary.

A full driving licence and access to a car are required for this role.
