Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Turn IT On, a leading education technology company. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding the technology and data needs of schools and leading the development of innovative products that enhance education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research to deeply understand the needs of schools and educational institutions.
  • Develop products that complement our existing technology and data services and align with our business strategy.
  • Lead the product development process, including design, pilot, and delivery, with a focus on growth and retention.
  • Prioritize product features in collaboration with stakeholders, including the software engineering team.
  • Work closely with product marketers and sales teams to create marketing materials that effectively communicate product value.
  • Implement methods to track product performance, including usage, acquisition, retention, and customer feedback.
  • Use data and customer insights to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in education technology and/or data solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and agile mindset with the ability to iterate on products based on data and customer feedback.
  • Experience in leading product management efforts that support scale, efficiency, and automation for schools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and business intelligence teams.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in schools or in a technical product management role.
  • Proven experience in developing products that add value to services.
  • Knowledge of creating product collateral, pricing models, and maintaining online content.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a salary sacrifice pension scheme, electric/hybrid car lease scheme, cycle scheme, eye care voucher scheme, mental health first aid, employee assistance programme, and an employee recognition scheme.
