Our team is completely organically grown, with every employee starting with no experience and progressing through the ranks. The RoleAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent through job adverts and headhunting. You will qualify candidates, arrange interviews with clients, and prepare candidates for their interviews. You will build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to provide the best service with confidence. You will negotiate terms of business with new clients and complete placements. You will also build a network within a chosen market and make a name for yourself.

On Target EarningsOur On Target Earnings (OTE) are competitive, with a potential earning of up to £100k+ in as little as 3 years. In your first year, you can expect to earn £40k-£50k, in your second year £50k-£80k, and in your third year £80k-£100k+.
Candidate RequirementsWe are looking for candidates with a 2:1 or above from a top 50 university or 6+ months experience in B2B sales. You should be confident, ambitious, driven, and a people person. You should be passionate about something extracurricular and have a strong work ethic.
