The successful candidate will oversee 4-6 projects simultaneously in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, and Swindon. To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (though not essential)
  • Background experience as a Site Engineer (not mandatory)
  • CSCS Card/SMSTS or equivalent
  • Strong self-motivation and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Prior experience in managing multiple groundworks contracts
  • Effective man management skills
