Joiner Multi Skilled Job Description

Are you an experienced Joiner looking for a new role with a great employer? We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our fantastic repairs and maintenance team at Home Group.

As a Joiner Multi Skilled, you will carry out high-quality, right first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties. You will work alongside a brilliant team, delivering high-quality and compliant work, and improving first-time fixes and preventing multiple visits to customers' homes.

Typical Day as a Joiner

  • Complete allocated jobs right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
  • Carry out joinery works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
  • Multi skill to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Work in our properties across Harlow. All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You Will

  • Have City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in carpentry, joinery, or equivalent.
  • Be a skilled tradesperson with experience in joinery and carpentry.
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • Permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call on a rota basis).
  • Salary £36,711 per annum plus van, generous on-call allowance, and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
