Job Opportunity

Blom and Blom is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team in Richmond.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Early Years Practitioner or Deputy Nursery Manager, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of early years professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of early years practitioners
  • Develop and implement effective nursery policies and procedures
  • Ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborate with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Early Years Practitioner or Deputy Nursery Manager
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and support a team of early years professionals
